Frequently Asked Questions

How does this differ from normal CMS?

Normal CMS systems rely on storing the content in a database, and formatting that information via code. Using XSLT relies on storing the XML data in a database, and letting the XSL processor transform the XML into HTML as it sees fit .

Which system do I use?

I have written my own CMS using ASP.NET. Since I use XsltFilter, the CMS simply outputs XML and knows nothing of any transformations taking place.
