What is XSL?

  Xselerator is my XSL editor of choice. It is a comprehensive XSL IDE incorporating XSL/XSLT/XML editor, project management, template rule finder, transformation testing and a very good XSL debugger.
• XSL At Home  -  http://www.topxml.com/xslathome/
  XSLAtHome is an ongoing project to develop XSL extensions for Allaire's Homesite IDE. There is not attempt to offer fully featured XSL editing like the other editors here - instead XSLAthome provides reasonable XSL support for Homesite/Cold Fusion Studio users at no cost.

  Oxygen is a Java based XML editor that supports XML, XSL, TXT, XSD and DTD documents. The editor has built-in support for Formatting Objects processing and allows generation of the PDF, PS, TXT from the result of an XSLT or directly from a FO file.

  Xopus is a browser based in-place wysiwyg XML editor. Xopus allows users to edit their XML data in an intuitive word processor like way.

  A Gentle Introduction to XSLT through HTML Templates.This excellent web page attempts to make XSL easier to understand.Essential reading for all newbies.

  Jeni Tennison is an active newsgroup contributor helping many people come to grips with XSL. This site is a collection of much of that information from her and otehr people in an easy to understand format. There are excellent tutorials and advanced sugestions for for both newbies and experts.

  A comprehensive reference source for all of the elements and functions that compose the eXtensible Stylesheet Language Transformation (XSLT) language version 1.0.

  Previously called "Generally markup", this site is a provides many MsXML3 resources. Small and provides solutions for MsXML specific problems.

• Xslt Documentor  -  http://www.codeproject.com/soap/xsltdocumentor.asp
  Another project at the Code Project - this one is for self-documenting Xslt Files. Like XmlDoc and JavaDoc, but for Xslt.
• XIS  -  http://www.exln.com/products/xis/
  eXcelon's eXtensible Information Server is a robust and mature XML database management system. There is also XIS Lite for those on a budget.
• Datapower hardware XSLT accelerator  -  http://www.datapower.com/solutions/index.html
  DataPower is now delivering its third generation of XML processing technology, including a hardware based XSLT processor!! Sounds impressive, and the datasheets certainly look impressive, but there's no mention of the price anywhere.... worth a look by anyone serious about large scale XSLT.

  Sablotron is a fast, compact and portable XML toolkit implementing XSLT, DOM and XPath on all major platforms and developed under the Mozilla or GNU publi license.
